Job Description
Profile OverviewReporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will be responsible for leading front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.Areas of Responsibility- Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties;
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met;
- Ensure team provides friendly, and accurate service;
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up;
- Monitor and adjust team priorities to consider changing demand and patient flow across the service;
- Proactively assist junior staff members;
- Conduct end-of-day reports when requested;
- Support employees through conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritisation and individual staff development and review and conduct training programs on an ongoing basis;
- Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and training requirements as necessary;
- Communicate with senior management on a consistent basis;
- Assisting restaurant manager with store inventory and ordering;
- Serving food and beverages;
- Preparing beverages;
- Discuss, plan, and implement new policies with the Restaurant Manager;
- Any task commensurate with the role.
