If you have a passion for promoting responsible gambling and ensuring a safe gaming experience for players, this is the role for you. In this position, you will engage with our players, analyze behavior patterns, and work diligently to implement responsible gaming policies.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor player activities and utilize data analysis to assess and address potential gambling issues.
• Develop and apply responsible gaming strategies and initiatives.
• Provide valuable support and resources to players regarding responsible gaming.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to foster a responsible gaming culture within the organization.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations focused on player behavior and responsible gaming efforts.
• Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices surrounding responsible gaming.
• Facilitate training and workshops for staff on responsible gaming topics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the iGaming sector.
• Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; ability to speak additional languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with responsible gaming practices is a significant plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willing to relocate to Malta and embrace the local culture.
