With a strong focus on security, innovation, and financial ecosystem growth, it plays a key role in Europe’s evolving digital finance landscape.We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical Investment Analyst to join Multitude Bank’s investment team and help build and manage our growing investment portfolio. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp financial acumen, and want to contribute to a high-impact, cross-border investment strategy—this role is for you.Your focus:

• Assist in the construction and optimisation of the Bank’s investment portfolio.
• Coordinate communication with investee counterparts, including introductions, proposals, negotiations, and post-investment follow-ups.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to complete due diligence and post-investment assessments.
• Support preparation of presentation materials for investment approval committees.
• Monitor investment performance, market conditions, and ensure adherence to investment covenants.
• Conduct investment research and evaluate portfolio performance against market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on global investment news and trends impacting the Bank’s portfolio.
• Contribute to portfolio target delivery in collaboration with the broader investment team.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Required skills & qualifications:Must-have:

• 2–3 years’ experience in investment management or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Clear communication skills and professional presence.
• Familiarity with investment instruments, regulatory standards, and AML requirements.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel to meet with investees across Europe.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in banking or fintech investment portfolios.
• Exposure to structured finance or wholesale lending.
• Familiarity with tools for financial modeling and reporting.
• Knowledge of MFSA regulatory framework.
