About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and will act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. This role covers the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and performance support.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and OnboardingManage job postings, screening, and interview coordinationSupport managers in the selection processConduct employee onboarding and orientationEmployee RelationsAct as the first point of contact for staff queries and concernsProvide guidance on company policies and proceduresSupport conflict resolution and employee engagement initiativesCompliance, Administration and Work PermitsMaintain accurate employee records and HR databasesEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesPrepare contracts, letters, and HR documentationManage work permit and visa applications for international employees, liaising with government authorities and ensuring timely submissionsPerformance and DevelopmentSupport managers in performance review cyclesCoordinate training and development activitiesIdentify opportunities for employee growth and retentionHR OperationsManage leave, absence, and attendance recordsAssist with payroll preparation and benefits administrationProvide HR reports and analytics to managementRequirementsProven experience in an HR Generalist or similar roleSolid knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExperience handling work permits and visa processes (preferable)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficient in MS Office / HR software systemsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
