Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, finance, suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners. You will manage high volumes of orders and inventory while ensuring accurate stock levels and on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include validating requests, placing purchase orders, and tracking goods and services.You will oversee receiving, conduct quality checks, and ensure proper storage to prevent loss or damage. Monthly stock takes and accurate inventory reporting will be a key part of your role.
You will schedule and monitor customer deliveries, optimising timelines and costs.The ideal candidate has at least two years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with inventory or logistics systems are required.
