Our client within the Retail Industry is looking for a Supply Chain Data Coordinator to join their team.Role PurposeTo support the Logistics Operations team through both administrative and operational tasks, while collecting and analysing data to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.Key Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders with both local and international suppliers
• Take ownership of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for direct materials
• Monitor and adjust delivery schedules based on supplier updates, notifying stakeholders of any delays
• Manage the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for B2B customers
• Coordinate incoming shipments, ensuring all required documentation is prepared for warehouse operations and resolving any related issues
• Manage product receipts and generate invoices for received goods
• Work closely with the Stock Controller to minimise stock discrepancies and ensure ERP data integrity
• Develop an understanding of supplier operations and performance
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Logistics, and Warehouse teams
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
• Regularly update the Manager on any operational issues
• Analyse supplier data and liaise with the Master Data team for data creation and updates
• Support inventory control activities, including transfers, stock adjustments, stock counts, and reconciliations across retail outlets
• Ensure accuracy of data entered into systems
• Perform additional operational duties as required

Requirements

• Experience in data management
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is considered an asset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with sound business acumen
• Team-oriented approach with a focus on improving supply chain efficiency and profitability
