The JobWe’re currently looking to recruit an Associate within the Life and Pensions Sales team.The role entails acquiring new clients, both at individual and at corporate level, as well as providing customer support to existing clients and service providers. The core responsibility of this role is the sale of Life Insurance and Pension Plans. This is a very client-oriented position and includes communicating with individuals over the phone and during in-person meetings.If the Life and Pensions line of business interests you, you are driven by customers’ needs and would like to work within a dynamic team and family-feel environment, then Atlas is ideal for you.Whilst an insurance qualification or experience helps, Atlas provides full on-the-job training and training sponsorships to work towards getting certified.About YouYou must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and an ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and active listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing. You must be able to work accurately within tight deadlines.Job Requirements

• Experience in an insurance setting or life-related discipline would be considered an asset
• An advanced level of education
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
