Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Responsible Gaming Analyst to strengthen their team in sunny Malta. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical skills with a real purpose - protecting players and promoting safe gaming practices.Tasks

• Investigate player behaviour and identify potential signs of addiction
• Reach out to at-risk players and provide appropriate support and guidance
• Ensure underage players are blocked during the registration process
• Assess self-excluded accounts and process potential refunds
• Maintain and review case reports on a regular basis
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior stakeholders with detailed recommendations
• Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming procedures and workflows
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of Responsible Gaming, including awareness initiatives and internal training

Requirements

• You’re fluent in Finnish and confident in English, both spoken and written
• You’re genuinely interested in addiction psychology, regulations, and compliance
• You’re a great listener with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• You're open to learning, growing, and taking on new challenges
• You have a positive mindset, enjoy teamwork, and adapt easily to change
• You’re sharp, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments
