The successful candidate will be part of a team that adheres to strict quality and safety standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including machinery, tools, and instruments, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and labelling of medical devices and equipment.
- Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the supervisor or quality team.
- Adhere to Baxter's quality and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Report any quality or safety incidents to the supervisor or quality team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor or safety team.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is an asset.
- Basic understanding of quality and safety principles and regulations.
- Minimum O'levels standard or equivalent.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education, such as A'levels or a degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to write and speak English, is a must
