The Operator at Baxter Malta is responsible for performing various tasks in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices and equipment. The successful candidate will be part of a team that adheres to strict quality and safety standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including machinery, tools, and instruments, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and labelling of medical devices and equipment.
• Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the supervisor or quality team.
• Adhere to Baxter's quality and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report any quality or safety incidents to the supervisor or quality team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor or safety team.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is an asset.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety principles and regulations.

Education:

• Minimum O'levels standard or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education, such as A'levels or a degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to write and speak English, is a must

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
