Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead – Swedish Speaking to manage and guide our client's sales team toward achieving strong performance and meeting company targets. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring daily sales activities, supporting team members in closing deals, and ensuring all sales goals are met or exceeded.ABOUT OUR CLIENTOur client is an outsourcing company who specialises in financial services and client relations and is located in St. Julian's, Malta.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the sales team and ensure all targets are met.

• Listen to sales calls and help team members close deals.

• Opening a support ticket as needed.

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Checking the daily reports and acting accordingly.

• Checking the sellers' performance from the previous day and assigning daily targets.

• Hold one-on-one meetings with sellers when needed and handle any disciplinary issues from the day before during the shift.

• Keep the sales team motivated.

• Giving feedback on one representative each day to the shift manager at the beginning of the shift attendance report.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience leading a sales team or working as a sales manager.

• Negotiating skills to close agreements to maximize profits.

• Passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Willingness to learn and adapt.

• Strong team player.

• Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATIONA Bachelor's degree is preferred.WORKING TIMEMonday to Thursday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour break.SALARY AND BENEFITS
