You will shape the digital presence of a landmark destination, blending luxury, lifestyle, and innovation in every campaign.Core Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and meet KPIs.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop engaging creatives and copy.

2. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management

• Manage and optimize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Klaviyo).
• Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and upselling.
• Segment audiences to create personalised email and SMS campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, list health, engagement rates, and customer journeys.
• Ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and smooth integration between CRM and other platforms.

3. Website & Content Management

• Oversee website updates, content management, and overall performance using CMS platforms.
• Optimise UX, conversion paths, landing pages, and site structure for improved engagement and conversions.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and support on-page and technical SEO improvements.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and agencies to maintain functionality and brand consistency.
• Analyse user behaviour using GA4, Hotjar, and Tag Manager to drive data-informed improvements.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor digital marketing performance across all channels.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, CRM insights, and data visualisation tools.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation and scaling.

5. Strategy & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Support the development of the overall digital marketing strategy and annual plans.
• Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and leadership teams to align goals and initiatives.
• Stay updated on platform changes, digital marketing trends, and new ad features to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid digital advertising
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Creative mindset, with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling digitally-led experiences
