Head of Compliance – Traditional Finance Sector

An exciting opportunity to take on a senior role in traditional financial institution (MiFID). This company is looking for someone ready to step into a Head of Compliance position – whether you’re already a senior leader or ready to take the next step in your career.You’ll lead the compliance and governance function, help shape strategy, and support a growing team. The role comes with flexible working, lots of autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in well-established organization.You Will:

• Be appointed as Compliance Officer and MLRO
• Be a leader and mentor
• Implement technology-driven compliance & governance frameworks

Skills / Experience:

• Professional certifications such as ICA are highly desirable
• Outstanding ability in navigating regulatory landscapes
• 5+ years of financial sector Compliance function role (Expertise in MiFID regulation is highly desirable)
