An innovative and fast-growing payment services provider is seeking a Head of Risk to join its expanding team during a period of exceptional growth. This fully independent position requires a subject matter expert in the payments space, capable of building and refining risk policies, governance processes, and compliance strategies. The ideal candidate will have the vision and experience to design scalable risk infrastructure, guide business decisions, and ensure the company continues to grow sustainably and responsibly.Key Responsibilities:

• Be approved by MFSA as key function holder
• Draft annual risk plans
• Work closely with regulatory entities and internal stakeholders

Qualifications / Experience:

• 2+ years in Fintech industry
• 6+ years in senior Risk management role
• In depth knowledge of fintech regulatory landscape
