Legal Counsel – Move into iGaming

• Play a major part in shaping legal strategy
• Close collaboration with Head of department

This Legal Counsel will play a key role within a rapidly growing and expanding iGaming company under a great leadership team. Due to growth and expansion as well as strong business results, the company is expanding and offering strong career development prospects for a motivated lawyer looking to have significant impact in a growing team.You will closely support the Head of Legal & Compliance and advise management on all legal matters, acting as the right hand of the head and safeguard the business while supporting growth initiatives, offering you both a very dynamic day-to-day, genuine business impact and room to grow within a company set for very big things.Step into a rapidly growing iGaming company and make significant impact while being allowed the creativity and impact to help shape legal frameworks while enjoying flexible arrangements such as hybrid working offering work-life balance.You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
• Provide legal advice on topics such as data protection, employment, competition law and other iGaming topics;
• Handle corporate & commercial transactional matters;
• Research regulatory changes and provide legal input to safeguard the company.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer
• 2+ years PQE, iGaming experience is desired
• Hands-on experience in corporate & commercial law is a must

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 60,000 DOEBenefits:
