Job Description

Our client is a pioneering force in the blockchain infrastructure space, specializing in staking and decentralized ecosystems. They are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive a full-stack marketing strategy that prioritizes real engagement, retention, and brand authority over superficial metrics.Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be a hands-on operator responsible for community growth, SEO/AI search visibility, and high-impact event execution.Responsibilities:

• Community Growth & Management: Design and execute campaigns (AMAs, quests, incentives) across X, Discord, and Telegram to foster a deeply engaged crypto-native ecosystem.
• Events & IRL Presence: Plan and manage the brand's presence at major global crypto conferences, side events, and workshops, including logistics and partner activations.
• Search & Visibility: Drive SEO and AI search engine visibility through strategic content, keyword mapping, and performance tracking.
• Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end delivery of marketing launches, coordinating with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Strategic Insights: Translate community feedback into actionable product insights and track the ROI of community and event initiatives.

Nice to Haves:

• Specific experience with validators, staking, L2 ecosystems, or infrastructure.
• An existing network of relationships within global crypto communities.
• Experience working within distributed, international teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6+ years in marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to the blockchain/crypto sector.
• A deep understanding of crypto culture, DeFi narratives, and the nuances of the Web3 ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in growing blockchain communities and executing both online and IRL crypto events.
• Search Strategy: Practical experience in SEO and AI search engine optimization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Highly comfortable being "hands-on" with execution rather than focusing solely on high-level strategy.
