Lead and contribute to the solution architecture, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Client’s Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applicationsAssess, propose, design, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions related to key business requirements for improvements of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps based tools/applications, according to the prioritised backlog agreed between ICT and businessProvide senior consultancy support and conduct studies on technical issues regarding Client’s Dynamics 365 and Power Apps tools/applications and related ICT governance processesSupport the implementation of the architectural aspects of Client’s CRM, including the design of building blocks, data modelling, integration, and migration patternsSupport the configuration and customization of the system as well as the integration and customisation developments using Microsoft Dynamics Plugins and Web ServicesProvide consolidated findings on insufficient technology configuration including breaches in the security data modelProduce and maintain technical documentation, including enterprise architecture documentation, solution architecture documentation, operational maintenance manuals, version description documents, release guidelines, and user manualsBe involved in requirement gathering meetings and training sessions for final users.REQUIREMENTS:Advanced use of Dynamics 365 core product platform and its modules Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, and Project Operations;Advanced developments using .NET and JavaScript;Advanced use of Client's Dynamics 365 Customizations like Entity-Relationship Management, Processes, Flows, Business Rules;Advanced use of Client's Dynamics 365 licensing schema and security model;Advanced use of Web Technologies such as JavaScript, Angularjs, Typescript;Advanced developments using Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse Web API;Advanced developments within Power Apps landscape including Power Automate;Advanced developments within Client's Power Apps Component Framework;Advanced use of solution packaging and deployment between environments.Level : SeniorDelivery mode : Hybrid (La Valletta, Malta) and remotewe will need a detailed Europass CVDeadline 27/02/26 at 09.00 am CET
