AvailabilityContractWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the aviation sector for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their Projects Department.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with multidisciplinary teams, and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects within a complex operational setting.The RoleYou will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with company strategy and departmental objectives. This role requires strong leadership on-site, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of contract administration and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects in line with scope, budget, and applicable regulations
• Oversee and supervise works during implementation
• Prepare RFQs/tenders including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and outline project plans
• Assist in the evaluation of contractor offers
• Perform contract administration duties
• Organise and lead progress meetings, issuing minutes accordingly
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and contractor payment applications
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Attend commissioning runs and certification activities

Requirements

• MQF Level 6 Qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Warranted Perit (Architect/Civil Engineer) preferred
• Project management qualification and/or strong project management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Valid driving licence
• Solid knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental best practices
