Job Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to work within a pharmaceutical environment.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming pharmaceutical consignments from approved suppliers;
• Conduct physical checks (batch numbers, expiry dates, storage conditions) in line with quality standards;
• Accurately label, sort, and store products using FEFO principles;
• Process Goods Received Notes and maintain records via the ERP system;
• Monitor warehouse temperatures and report deviations;
• Manage expired or damaged stock and coordinate proper disposal;
• Conduct regular stock-taking and inventory reconciliation;
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness;
• Basic IT proficiency;
• Flexible and available to support shipment schedules when required.
• Heavy lifting may be required;
• Currently living in Malta with the eligibility to work.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is required
