Every dish tells a story — of local fishermen, family recipes and the Mediterranean spirit.We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Sous Chef to lead our kitchen and continue this culinary journey.The Sous Chef will serve as second-in-command in the kitchen, supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation. This role demands a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, while fostering excellent teamwork and collaboration within the kitchen environment.We are looking for:
  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen
  • Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
  • Proven background in Maltese culinary practices
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Maltese languages
  • Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
  • Clean police conduct certificate
