Job Description
G3 Group is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing and Creative Executive to join our growing team. This role combines paid media management, social media strategy, content creation, and design, supporting multiple lifestyle brands across hospitality, food & beverage, and wellness.You will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing paid advertising across Google and META platforms, growing our social presence, and producing high-quality visual and written content that aligns with our brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising & Analytics- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search and social platforms
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing) and performance reporting
- Oversee META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, including strategy, targeting, budgeting, creatives, and analytics
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Manage and grow social media profiles for all G3 Group brands (hotels, restaurants, spas)
- Plan and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, reels, and other content across META, X, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms
- Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and events
- Design compelling visual content for digital and print, including:
- Digital ads and social media graphics
- Posters, brochures, signage, newsletters, and brand collateral
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Prepare artwork files for print and manage production specifications
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet deadlines
- Work with web developers and content teams to maintain and update websites
- Assist with landing page asset creation, content formatting, and UX recommendations
- Ensure content supports campaign objectives and brand messaging
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Photographer, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with META Ads Manager
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic understanding of web design principles and CMS platforms
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into optimized content and campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and projects
