Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Junior Assistant to join our Business and English language school in Floriana, Malta. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, as well as fluency in English and Spanish ad at least one other language, such as French, Turkish, German, Arabic, or Mandarin. The Sales and Marketing Junior Assistant will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales the language school. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, as the Sales and Marketing Junior Assistant may need to work outside of normal business hours or on weekends to accommodate clients in different time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
• Drive sales for the language school by promoting our courses and programs
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals
• Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions
• Attend trade shows and events to network and promote the language school
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
