This role involves monitoring regulatory developments, managing compliance risks, and liaising with regulatory bodies to safeguard the bank’s financial integrity.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Financial and Banking regulations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time.
• Assess financial risks related to compliance and support internal audits.
• Advise finance teams on regulatory requirements and updates.
• Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Implement compliance controls and update policies as needed.
• Leading the assessment of major regulatory updates, ensuring the Bank’s timely response through legal interpretation and actionable strategies.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial reporting.
• Experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory within banking.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
