Job Description : Our Client, a leading technology solutions provider in Malta, is seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join its Software Projects team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, with a particular focus on Business Process Management (BPM), workflow solutions, databases and customer-facing software projects. The role combines business analysis, technical delivery, project coordination and customer engagement, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities Assess, interpret and document business and functional requirements, translating customer needs into effective technical solutions. Lead and coordinate project deliverables, prepare estimates and ensure assigned work is completed within agreed timelines. Design, configure, maintain and upgrade BPM, workflow and software solutions, working with productivity platforms, databases and third-party applications. Lead data extraction, manipulation and presentation, ensuring information is effectively integrated into the appropriate platforms. Manage solution validation and testing activities, including test plans, test cases, User Acceptance Testing and reporting, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations. Build strong customer relationships, deliver end-user training and technical support, and mentor junior team members throughout solution design and implementation. Requirements * 5+ years of IT-related experience, including experience delivering, supporting and operating customer-facing technology solutions. Strong experience with databases and SQL, together with business process and data modelling. Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software development frameworks and methodologies. Experience using, configuring and supporting business process automation platforms and database systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions. Strong customer and project focus, with the ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities for process optimization and provide guidance to junior team members. Licenses & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology or a related discipline. Relevant IT industry certifications are considered an advantage. Additional certifications or training related to business analysis, databases, BPM, workflow technologies or software development are considered an asset. Candidates must be eligible to obtain the required Personnel Security Clearance certificate in Malta. Applicants must therefore either be nationals of an EU Member State or have been residing in Malta for the past five years.
