An excellent opportunity has opened for an Accounts Executive to join a well-established organisation with a strong local presence in the South of Malta. Known for its reputation in the market and involvement in a variety of projects, the company offers a stable and professional environment for candidates looking to develop their accounting career.In this role, you will support day-to-day finance operations, including invoice processing, payables, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle, helping you develop both your technical knowledge and practical experience.You will be part of an experienced finance team that provides mentorship, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, looking to develop within a structured environment that values learning and long-term progression.Key Responsibilities

• Assist with internal accounting processes and the upkeep of financial records
• Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice handling and reconciliations
• Contribute to daily finance tasks and assist with reporting duties

Your Profile

• 6 months to 1 year of local experience in an Accounts Clerk / Accounts Assistant role
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes is considered an asset
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow within accounting
