Your Role • Process supplier invoices and ensure alignment with approved purchase orders and quotations • Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs • Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger postings • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies • Support Key Responsibilities: Carry out duties related to the Accounts Executive role.
