• Support on corporate and commercial matters, including high-value transactions
• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex legal matters
• Contribute to client advisory work across a range of industries

Requirements

• Maltese warranted lawyer
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Corporate and/or commercial law experience is essential
