To unlock it, we’re shifting to a regionally led, locally focused model with autonomy, ownership and the backing of Flutter’s global scale.We’re building a dynamic team to shape this next chapter, and we’re looking for energised, collaborative, and commercially minded individuals who are excited to contribute to the vision, help craft the strategy, and foster a winning culture together.Role OverviewAs the Content Manager for PokerStars.fr, you will lead all Customer Marketing communication channels across the French platform, including website, push, email, and in product communications.You will be responsible for writing compelling and compliant French content and lead the planning, briefing and creation of high-quality customer communications assets that drive commercial objectives while maintaining brand consistency.What you’ll do:Content Planning and ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive communication plans across all customer touchpointsCreate content calendars aligned with commercial objectives and promotional activitiesEnsure all content adheres to French tone of voice (TOV) and PokerStars brand guidelinesCollaborate with commercial teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaignsContent CreationLead the creation of customer-facing content in French across multiple channels, ensuring Copywriters, Studio, Website and Channel Teams are briefed correctly and have the correct assets available in accordance with SLAsWrite and edit compelling copy for emails, push notifications, website content, and in-app messagingDevelop engaging content that drives player acquisition, retention, and reactivationMaintain content consistency across all platforms and touchpoints aligned with wider Marketing channels.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all content meets French regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standardsWork closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to local regulationsImplement quality control processes for all customer communicationsStay updated on French gambling advertising regulations and guidelinesPerformance & OptimizationMonitor content performance metrics and KPIsConduct A/B testing to optimize messaging effectivenessAnalyze customer engagement data to inform content strategiesReport on content performance and provide recommendations for improvementCollaborationCollaborate with Network, Marketing, and Commercial teamsCollaborate with design teams for visual content requirementsCoordinate with wider commercial team for campaign executionWhat you’ll bring:Native-level French language skills with excellent written communication3-5 years of content management experience, preferably in gaming/gambling industryDemonstrable experience in multi-channel content creationStrong understanding of French market and cultural nuancesExperience with content management systems and marketing automation toolsKnowledge of French gambling regulations and responsible gaming requirementsDesirableExperience with PokerStars or similar iGaming brandsUnderstanding of pokerWhat you’ll get:
