Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

Job Description

We are on the look out for a corporate and commercial lawyer to join a reputable firm.Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting on a variety of corporate law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence exercises, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance matters (including shareholders' agreements) and general corporate law mandates
• Drafting of commercial contracts
• Assistance with company incorporations, the preparation of MBR statutory forms and filings with the Malta Business Registry

Requirements

• Warranted lawyer, admitted to practice before the Maltese Courts
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience or an interest in tax will be considered an asset, but not a requirement
• Experience in dealing with listed entities will be considered an asset, but not a requirement.
