BettingJobs is partnering with a leading online casino operator in their search for a Direct Response & Database Acquisition Manager to join their team in Malta.Key Responsibilities:Internal Database Activation

• Reactivate dormant players and historical user datasets
• Design campaigns targeting churned users
• Work with CRM teams to optimise lifecycle reactivation

SMS & Messaging Campaign Strategy

• Oversee SMS, WhatsApp and messaging campaigns
• Test messaging structures, sending schedules and offers
• Coordinate with campaign operators managing technical execution

External Database Acquisition

• Identify and test external database suppliers
• Evaluate traffic quality and negotiate testing deals

Landing Page & Funnel Optimisation

• Design campaign specific landing pages
• Improve registration and deposit conversion funnels
• Run A/B testing experiments

Retargeting & Performance Channels

• Implement retargeting through push and display networks
• Test native and programmatic traffic sources
• Evaluate ROI and campaign profitability
