A reputable and well-established Maltese organisation is seeking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join its Finance team.This full-time, indefinite position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term growth within a respected business group, with the role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer or the Head of Administration & Debt Collection.The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording and analysing all cash, cheque, and bank receipt transactions across the Group's companies. This includes preparing daily cash reconciliations, maintaining an accurate audit trail, handling daily deposits, and managing authorised cash disbursements. Applicants must have previous experience in cashiering, strong communication skills in both Maltese and English, an Ordinary Level qualification in Accounts, and strong proficiency in Excel.
