• Chat
• Phone
• Email

You’ll support them with:

• Account questions
• Product and service issues
• Technical situations
• General inquiries

You’ll also:

• Document customer cases carefully
• Identify patterns and recurring issues
• Share market feedback and customer insights
• Help improve internal systems and processes
• Work closely with management and other departments

This is a fast-moving environment where problem-solving and communication matter every day.Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken & written)
• Good English
• At least 1 year of customer support experience
• Interest or understanding of the gaming / digital entertainment industry
• Comfortable working shifts (weekdays & weekends)
• You stay calm under pressure
• You like teamwork in international environments
