As a German-speaking VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value players. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a premium, personalised experience that drives loyalty, retention, and long-term value.
This is a key role within the business, where your understanding of player behaviour, proactive mindset, and data-driven approach will directly impact player satisfaction and overall performance.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value VIP playersMonitor daily player activity to identify retention, reactivation, and growth opportunitiesDeliver proactive, highly personalised VIP service via phone, email, and messaging platformsAnalyse player data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential churn risksCollaborate closely with CRM, Payments, and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure a seamless player experienceDesign and coordinate tailored bonuses and offers aligned with player value and behaviourProvide insights and feedback to support the ongoing development of the VIP strategy.REQUIREMENTS:Native / fluent in German both verbal and written.
