Junior Accountant

Job Description

Oversee daily bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established internal controls;
Prepare periodic management accounts in a timely and accurate manner;
Compile and submit statutory and regulatory returns in line with applicable deadlines and requirements;
Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management review;
Liaise with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders as required;
Assist with the preparation and submission of applications for government assistance schemes and related claims.

Experience

In possession of a recognised Accountancy certification;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting or finance role;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and other standard office software tools.
