Junior Corporate Administrator

Job Description

Our client, a Corporate Service Provider and Legal Advisory firm is looking to hire a Junior Corporate Administrator.Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the head of corporate administration in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of updates to the clients' database on the billing system.
• Manage corporate documents, including scanning, filing, and organizing them efficiently.
• Engage with local banks and EMIs to facilitate corporate transactions.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as Jobsplus, CFSR, MFSA, etc., ensuring compliance.
• Oversee the issuance of monthly payroll invoices and related administrative tasks.
• Prepare and file MBR statutory documents, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to various tasks as per the evolving needs of the company.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Proficient organizational and time management abilities.
• Collaborative team player capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication across various levels.
• Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive "can-do" attitude towards tasks.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to take initiative and work autonomously when required.
