Legal Advisor

Job Description

Our client, a well established CSP, is seeking to recruit a Legal Advisor to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with licensing applications and authorisation processes
• Supporting clients through any process needed in terms of preparation of documents, submissions
• Assisting in ongoing obligations
• Assisting in the planning and management of regulatory compliance activities
• Monitoring and interpreting the developments
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Building a strong relationship with clients
• Supporting with day to day duties

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role ideally within advisory locally
• Fluency in English and Maltese, both verbal and written

Education and Experience

• Possess a Doctors of Law or Masters of Advocacy and a local warrant
