Execute.Class Optical, Malta’s leading specialist organisation within the optical industry for over 40 years, is looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and actively shape our marketing function.This is a leadership role within a small, focused team.
You will set direction.
But you will also roll up your sleeves.The RoleYou will take ownership of the full marketing function across multiple brands and business units.This means:

• Developing marketing plans
• Executing campaigns
• Monitoring performance
• Improving ROI
• Supporting content and creative direction
• Working closely with brand principals and agencies
• Leading and developing a small team

You will not be managing from a distance.
You will be involved. Reviewing campaigns. Refining messaging. Looking at numbers. Adjusting ads. Improving processes.We are looking for a leader who still enjoys building.What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned to commercial targets
• Own campaign execution from concept to performance review
• Monitor ROI and weekly campaign results
• Manage budgets with discipline and accuracy
• Support and optimise digital marketing, e commerce and social channels
• Introduce AI tools and automation where they improve efficiency and output
• Build structured reporting dashboards
• Work closely with business unit heads to align marketing with sales goals
• Lead, guide and mentor a small marketing team

AI and digital tools should increase output and speed.

Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or advertising required.
Experience in performance marketing and analytics is important.
