If you’re ambitious, adaptable, and ready to make a difference, you’ll fit right in.Build the life you want, while making your mark on the future of PokerStars SEURole Overview:PokerStars are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our SEU team working across France, Spain and Portugal.The Motion Graphics designer for SEU will produce creative digital animated design across varying digital formats. Reporting to the SEU Creative lead, the role will lead on producing digital advertising graphics and banners in varying formats (HTML, GIF, JPG) for social media graphics, videos and Facebook canvasses. As a core member of the SEU design team, the role will support with the analysis of briefs and will input creatively on large projects from initial brief through to completion and work alongside the SEU creative designer.As part of this role, you will support the development of PokerStars existing brand propositions and will work closely with the global PokerStars Brand and Studio team to develop our creative output to ensure it supports our local market growth ambitions. The role will also work closely with our Content and Engagement team and with supporting production agencies to ensure innovation, consistency and expert execution across all media channels. The role requires strong skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D and other 3D animation applications including Adobe Animate.What you’ll do:Leverage brand guidelines to create digital animated design across varying digital formatsResponding to briefs and support development of VIs and design approachDevelopment and production of engagement and content videosDevelopment and progression of existing brand propositionsClose collaboration with global PokerStars Network Brand and Studio teamPresent creative approaches to key stakeholders, working to tight timelines and agile processesWhat you’ll bring:3+ years’ experience in a motion graphics design role, agency experience is highly beneficialDegree and / or diploma in design or equivalent combination of education / experienceCreative thinking who can use past experience & passion to develop to think outside the box to bring effective creative solutionsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe CC in particular; Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, Animate and Cinema 4D along with other 3D applications, as well as strong typography skillsEffective communicator with strong presentation & stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in agile manner to tight deadlines and SLAsAbility to sell in creative and adapt based on constructive feedbackExperience of gambling industry highly desirableExperience of working across different markets highly beneficialPlease include a portfolio of your work as part of your application, which demonstrates your understanding and experience in digital animation designWhat you’ll get:Discretionary annual performance bonus30 days paid leaveHealth and dental insurance for you, your partner and your children (if you all live at the same address)Personal life assurance and partial & permanent disability insuranceThe option to join our company pension schemeA personal interest allowance to let you learn something new or pursue a hobbyGenerous learning support, dedicated 4 learning “Power Hours” every month during office time, full access to the Udemy and Mindtools platforms, in-house leadership program and many other training opportunities for developing your skills and progressing your careerLooking to extend your family?
