An opportunity has opened for an Operations Associate to join a growing financial services organisation, supporting the day-to-day running of its operations function. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a professional environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.In this position, you’ll support a wide range of operational activities, from maintaining trade records and preparing documentation to coordinating internal processes and ensuring smooth office operations. You’ll also play a role in improving workflows and supporting compliance with AML/CFT requirements.What makes this role attractive is the learning environment and exposure. Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation
Ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies and procedures
Handle incoming calls and support senior team members with operational tasks

Your Profile

Experience in administration, back-office, or operations support is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and Maltese
