Paradise Bay Resort Ltd.Paradise Bay Resort is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Pool / Beach Attendant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel’s pool and beach areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition at all times.This role focuses on providing attentive guest service, maintaining the presentation of leisure areas, and supporting a positive and relaxing experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the pool and beach areas prior to opening, including the setup of sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and related amenities.
• Welcome guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, offering assistance where required.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the pool and beach areas throughout the day.
• Distribute and manage towels efficiently, ensuring availability and proper collection.
• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest comfort, appropriate conduct, and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Identify and promptly report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment to the Supervisor or relevant department.
• Respond to guest enquiries regarding pool and beach facilities, hotel services, and amenities.
• Assist guests with the arrangement of sunbeds, umbrellas, and other setup requirements.
• Coordinate with bar staff and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support additional operational tasks during peak periods to maintain excellent guest service.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a pool, beach, leisure, or hospitality-related role is considered an asset but is not essential.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety practices within leisure or outdoor service environments.
• Ability to deliver friendly, attentive, and professional guest service.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor duties for extended periods.
