Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Position

Act as the main frontliner and reference point to clients on works and projects embarked upon by the company;
Project and Resource Planning (internal and subcontracted);
Site coordination and communication with client, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project installation phases;
Co-ordinate closely with the Sales, Technical and Logistics departments to ensure the smooth running of projects in the process of being executed;
Communicate periodically on projects status to all stakeholders;
Setting up timings benchmarks and establishing job costing estimates through dedicated tools;
Carry out site visits to ensure timely and proper execution of works;
Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, man hours, timelines and expenses to ensure compliance and alignment to budgets;
Close off jobs and handing over to the customers;
Collate signed documentation, other paperwork, and upload
Ensuring H&S obligations are being adhered to and works are carried out in line with the Method statements and Risk Assessments in place;
General administrative tasks (emails, raising and approving PO’s related to the role, etc)
Update procedures when necessary whilst making sure that processes and procedures are being followed

The Requirements

A valid clean driving license
Good command of the English language, Maltese is an asset
General knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications especially outlook and excel is required
A certification in Project Management is preferable however training will be provided to the suitable candidate
Responsible person who is self-motivated and reliable
Clean police conduct
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.
