Property Manager

Job Description

Our client within the rental industry is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. They are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hands-on individual to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.The role follows a structured schedule, which includes weekend work:

• 4 to 5 working days per week
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required
• Two days off during the week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct post-cleaning property inspections to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met
• Monitor and replenish guest supplies across all apartments
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requirements
• Ensure properties are fully prepared and guest-ready for check-ins
• Respond to and resolve urgent on-site issues when required
• Support operational logistics across multiple properties
• Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of tasks and issues

Requirements

• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent English language is a must.
• Valid driving licence and own a car
• Already based in Malta
• A proactive individual who takes initiative and responsibility
• A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
• Someone with long-term potential to grow into a more senior operations role
