Sales Executive

Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the chosen candidate will:

• Identify and pursue potential customers across multiple channels to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay informed on industry and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase products or services.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product or service features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Execute the complete sales process, including quoting, closing sales, and invoicing.
• Prepare regular sales reports outlining activities, achievements, and forecasts.
• Continuously enhance sales skills through training, professional development, and mentorship.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine sales strategies and processes.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Education and Experience

• Knowledge of Food Service Equipment and/or Industrial Laundry Equipment and/or Kitchenware
• Valid driving License B
• Good use of the English Language is a must
• Experience in a similar role is a must
• Portfolio of contacts in the HORECA industry will be given preference
• Use of ACAD software considered an asset
• Maltese language considered an asset
