• Advise clients on a comprehensive range of employment law matters and regulatory requirements
• Author and review legal documentation, including pleadings, contracts, and workplace policies
• Oversee equal pay audits and job evaluation compliance projects

Serve as legal counsel in court and tribunal sittings, specialize in dispute resolution * Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and provide legal support to team under partners supervisionWhat skills do you need?

• A minimum of 3 years of PQE within a law firm or in-house legal department
• Proven track record in employment law and industrial relations
• Superior drafting capabilities paired with rigorous analytical thinking
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• A proactive interest in legal trends, focused on building both personal and firm-wide reputation
