Senior Finance Executive

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their teamResponsibilities:

• Maintain and update the general ledger, recording daily financial transactions accurately.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements, supplier balances, and internal records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial data and insights to support management decision-making and performance tracking.
• Support annual budgeting, monitor budget performance, identify variances, and assist with financial forecasting for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliations, and maintain records of fixed assets and inventory.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury-related activities to maintain financial stability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of local accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero and Navision).
• Able to meet deadlines

Education and Experience

• Part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA/CPA is preferred.
