Short Lets Coordinator

Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Short Lets Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Short Lets Manager, the chosen candidate will:

• Assist in managing the short-term rental portfolio.
• Support guest reservations, communications, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Help conduct property inspections to ensure properties are safe, clean, and functional.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local rules, regulations, and company standards.
• Contribute to delivering a first-class guest experience.
• Support professional and timely communication with landlords, tenants, and guests.
• Handle queries and provide assistance to maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist with the coordination of property upkeep, repairs, and maintenance.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as required.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Assist with preparing agreements, renewals, and reporting.
• Support the marketing team in promoting rental properties and related services.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A smart, enthusiastic, and reliable personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Flexibility in working hours

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, or reservations will be considered an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Maltese considered an asset).
• A clean driving licence and own means of transport
• Current experience in property management will be given preference
