This is more than just answering calls, it's about becoming the go-to person for our customers' technical needs, guiding them with confidence and creativity.Key Responsibilities:

• Be the frontline tech hero: Resolve technical inquiries and sharing your tech wisdom;
• Simplify the complex: Dive into the digital world to process orders, handle account inquiries, and offer guidance to customers;
• Process with precision: Master the art of handling customer concerns with ease;

Job requirements

• A passion for all things tech;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Ability to translate tech jargon into plain Maltese and English;
