• Assist in daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring
• Monitor bank account balances and ensure funding adequacy
• Support intercompany funding and transfers
• Manage banking portals and initiate/approve payments (ACH, wires, checks)
• Support in the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process
• Assist with opening/closing bank accounts and maintaining authorized signers
• Assist accounting team to Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with banking covenants and agreements
• Prepare treasury-related reports for management
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company treasury policies
• Maintain documentation of treasury procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and automation
• Support ERP integrations related to cash and banking activities

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Successful completion of your degree with a focus on Finance or a comparable education
• Professional experience in Treasury or in an Investment Company is desirable but not necessary
• Knowledge and understanding of Cash and liquidity management
• Excellent numerical understanding, very good analytical and conceptual skills to solve even complex tasks
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Conceptual and analytical thinking, an independent workstyle, flexibility, resilience and the ability to work in a team
