The successful candidate, who will form part of the Company’s Management Team, will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day management of a team handling a portfolio of local companies and trusts, maintaining high-level relationships with key clients dealing in various sectors and assisting them with top-notch corporate governance as required in line with their business. Please submit your CV for consideration and join a team recognised for its professionalism and commitment to excellence.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforming general trust and corporate administration duties and assisting with related compliance matters including liaising with third parties and regulatory bodies on behalf of clientsSupporting, mentoring and assisting the team members with the administration of client portfoliosReviewing of payments prepared for approvalAttending clients’ Board Meetings and drafting of board minutes and resolutions, including those of Listed EntitiesMaintaining organised and up-to-date client data, performing Client Risk Assessments, Transaction Monitoring, and File ReviewsPreparing and presenting reports to the Board of Directors of Trident Trust with respect to its team operationsLeading and managing a client-driven Corporate Services team, and enhancing client experience and satisfaction with our services, including; following up with the team on tasks assigned, making sure these are delivered within the respective timelines, managing and enhancing the performance of the team through effective feedback and communication via ongoing one to one meetings and bi-annual performance appraisals, identifying areas for development and training required and enhancing the performance of the team through teamwork and knowledge sharingCANDIDATE PROFILEMinimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role specifically working on Maltese registered companies with a local CSPExperience in / knowledge of the investment services industry will be considered and assetA university degree or equivalent qualification/s, ideally in a related field will be considered an assetSound working knowledge of Company Law and local AML legislation and proceduresA thorough understanding of the company secretarial role including statutory record keeping, corporate governance, and the compliance obligations impacting upon the administration areaOrganisational and project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and client demandsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsA ‘can-do’ attitude, and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and work colleaguesDue to the high volume of applications received at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.To apply for this position, please email your CV to Michelle Cooper, quoting the above job reference or call +356 27780664 for further information.
