A career with us provides the chance to work with colleagues across our global network, delivering support across technology & business systems, marketing & communications, finance & accounting, compliance & risk, HR, facilities and administrationJob Summary:Based in the Malta Office, you will be working with a team, reporting to the Trust Manager. Training will be given on an on going basis which will be supported by external courses, as and when required. Day-to-day running of a portfolio of clients including trusts and companies dealing with a wide variety of arrangements. Become part of Praxis Group, where employees, culture and engagement are at the core of organisation – this is where a true experience journey begins.What you will be doing:Handling the set up and day-to-day administration of trusts and companiesLiaison with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries and government authorities by telephone and in writingAttendance of meetings with clientsDrafting minutes and resolutions and preparing documents in relation to both routine and complex transactionsCo-ordination and assistance with bank account set ups and other applications as required.Statutory work – ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintainedEntity reviews – carrying out annual reviews of all entitiesEnsuring compliance with company standards, policies and proceduresAd hoc project workMinimum Education and ExperienceA minimum of two years’ relevant experience managing a portfolio of clientsEducated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalentStudying for the STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood numeracy and computer skillsA positive ‘can do’ attitudeGood team playerAbility to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervisionSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood numeracy and computer skillsA positive ‘can do’ attitudeGood team playerAbility to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervisionAdditional informationIn addition, all our team members are expected to be committed to our core values:· We inspire· We listen· We trust· We succeed togetherWe are an independent, leading provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration and yacht services to companies, individuals and families across the world.More Info
