It's a succesful global business with team members in the UK, India, UAE and Canada.The Head of Country, Malta will serve as the senior-most leader responsible for the establishment, management, and commercial success of their Maltese entity. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, regulatory understanding, and the ability to drive growth through client relationships, partnerships, and operational excellence.The successful candidate will combine entrepreneurial drive with structured execution, acting as the local face of the company while aligning with global strategy.Responsibilities:Entity Leadership & Governance

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Malta office, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (MFSA, EU directives, etc.).

• Serve as the principal liaison with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders.

Commercial & Client Growth

• Build and execute a local business development strategy aligned with group objectives.

• Develop relationships with corporate clients, family offices, and intermediaries to grow client accounts and transaction volumes.

• Identify local partnership opportunities (banks, legal, fintechs, service providers) to strengthen the ecosystem.

Operational Oversight

• Establish and maintain internal controls, reporting, and governance standards in line with Group policies.

• Oversee client onboarding, compliance, and operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
